Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (hereafter, the "Policy") outlines the acceptable and unacceptable conduct when using our Services. Please review it carefully. Non-compliance with the provisions of this Policy may lead to the suspension or termination of your access to the Services and, in certain cases, the termination of the Contract.

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Contract between you (regardless of whether you are acting as a Customer or End User) and us. Capitalized terms used and undefined have the meaning outlined in the Contract. Remember that if you are acting as an End User, our Customer may have its own policies and rules regarding your use of our Services.

1. Prohibited activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  1. allow others to use your account;
  2. try to circumvent account limits such as storage space or the number of End Users;
  3. probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems;
  4. upload malware or take actions that could disrupt the normal functioning of the Services;
  5. send advertising or promotional messages or any type of unsolicited, unauthorized or spam communications;
  6. violate or circumvent any security or authentication measure;
  7. access, modify or use non-public areas or parts of the Services or common areas of the Services to which you have  been invited;
  8. upload or transfer through the Services, files, software or links that contain or redirect to a virus, trojan, worm or other harmful component or technology that illegally accesses or downloads content or information stored within the Services or on the hardware of our’s or any third party's;
  9. attempt to copy, modify, decompile, disable, translate or disrupt the functions, functionality, integrity or performance of the Services or reverse engineer them;
  10. upload or distribute data that in any way violates the law or the intellectual property rights of others;
  11. encourage or support other people in behaviors that violate this Policy.

2. User Obligations

In addition to refraining from engaging in prohibited activities, you are also required to fulfill the following obligations when using our Services:

  1. Compliance with Contract Terms: You must comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract, including this Policy, General Terms of Service, Supplemental Terms, and any other applicable terms or policies.
  2. Rights to Customer Data: You must ensure that you have all the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any Customer Data through our Services.
  3. Legal Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards when using our Services, including but not limited to data protection and privacy laws, intellectual property rights, and export control regulations.
  4. Security Measures: You must implement reasonable security measures to protect your account and Customer Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. This includes safeguarding your login credentials and promptly notifying us of any suspected or actual security breach.
  5. Cooperation with Investigations: You must cooperate with us in the investigation of any suspected or actual violation of this Policy, including by providing us with any information or assistance reasonably requested by us.
  6. Reporting Violations: You must promptly report any known or suspected violations of this Policy to us, including any unauthorized access to, use of, or disclosure of the Services or Customer Data.

3. Monitoring and enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion, monitor the use of the Services to ensure compliance with this Policy and any other applicable terms or policies. We reserve the right to investigate any reported or suspected violations of this Policy and take appropriate action, including, but not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending or terminating access to the Services, and/or removing any Customer Data that we deem to be in violation of this Policy.

4. Modifications

This Policy may be modified according to section 7 of the General Terms.
